Surah Al-Falaq and An-Nas (Al-Mu'awwidhatayn) are the last two surahs of the Quran. Known as the "protecting surahs", they were revealed to seek refuge in Allah from all evil, magic, envy, and the whispers of Satan.
Virtues and Times of Recitation
The Prophet (PBUH) frequently recited these surahs for protection. It is highly recommended to recite them three times in the morning and evening, before sleeping, and for healing purposes.
